Arcade Fire Announce Upcoming Tour

Just days ago Arcade Fire announced that they would be hitting up all the major venues as they prepare to go on tour in support of their latest album, Reflektor.

Considering the immediate success of Reflektor, having debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200, it would comes as no surprise that Arcade Fire would be able to book only the best of the best during this tour. Infact, this junket will mark their first appearance at many major arenas in America alone.

The journey is set to kick off on March 2nd in Louisville, Kentucky and will span a 28-date trek throughout North America. The band will end this epic tour with an outdoor show in their home town of Montreal at Parc Jean Drapeau on August 30th.

As for expectations or sneak peaks for this upcoming run of shows, no word yet! However the bands recent gig in Brooklyn certainly set the tone for expecting the unexpected, and stepping outside of the norm for what fans of any genre have become use to in the world of concerts and high end performances. It would be safe to say you can let your imagination run ragged as far as what you think you may get to see during the Arcade Fire‘s Reflector tour.
