PREMIERE | Toronto Emerging Act Joel Lobban Drops Debut EP POV

Toronto native Joël Lobban has been creeping up our radar lately. The 21 year old artist has barely made it onto the scene and he is already creating some buzz around his craft. The dude started off by contributing his voice as features for artists such as Joe Impala and Death Cohen amongst others, but now he is ready to stand on his own.

He just dropped his debut EP titled P.O.V and we can't get enough of it. We initially heard his debut single "Reload" and had that one on repeat for quite some time. The rest of the EP is a true gem. The whole thing is a cohesive, linear narrative translated into meticulously produced music made for the soul. The 5-track project involves popular beatmakers Japain and Kaz and Alo as his collaborative producers, and we all know you can't go wrong with that.

We can attest to the fact that his music is as refreshing as can be, and we can't be more excited to share this with every single one of you. Listen to P.O.V right here, right now:
